What do I do?

I support people who appear to be holding it together; going to work, showing up for others, getting things done, but inside, they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or worn out. This is not clinical treatment. I don’t diagnose or treat mental illness. What I offer is grounded, psychology-informed support for those moments when your thoughts are too loud, your emotions too much, or your direction unclear. While we work together, I’ll help you better understand what’s happening inside, especially when it feels confusing, heavy, or hard to name. In a calm, non-judgmental space, we’ll talk through what’s weighing on you and explore ways to shift it — gently and practically. I’ll listen. I’ll ask questions. I’ll share CBT-based tools that can help you break out of unhelpful mental loops, respond with more clarity, and reconnect with what really matters to you. One thing I won’t do is tell you how to live your life.
But I will help you pause, make sense of things, and move forward in a direction that feels right for you. This work isn’t about “fixing” you, because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you find your own path, at your own pace.
